Is there a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-off purchase (Basic is free). There is no monthly fee and nothing renews automatically.
What uses an attempt?
Starting a full, timed exam simulation uses one attempt. Practice sessions, results, answer reviews and browsing never do.
Do attempts expire?
Every plan's attempts are valid for 90 days from purchase (or from signup, for Basic).
What if my connection drops mid-exam?
The attempt keeps running against the server clock. If something went wrong, contact an administrator, who can refund the attempt and record the reason.
What is the Basic plan?
Every new account gets 1 free attempt automatically at signup, valid for 90 days. It's limited to about a quarter of the exam's questions so you can try the format before buying a full-length plan.
